At Hiver Farm, we take great pride in providing high-quality, naturally grown products straight from our Ohio farm. Each order is carefully harvested, packed, and shipped to ensure freshness and satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Perishable products (such as fresh chestnuts, pears or honey) must be returned promptly to preserve quality

Note: Because we operate in small batches and offer seasonal products in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee replacement stock.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition, we will notify you of the refund status:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
